ROLLER HEARTH FURNACES

Vison range of Roller Hearth Furnaces are widely used for annealing, warming or heat treatment of the most varied rolling mill products and forgings, in particular for sheets, tubes and bar stock.

This furnace is operationally safe, as all drive elements are outside the furnace.  The movable furnace components are easily accessible.  The profiles of the rollers of the arrangement of guide rings on the rollers make it also possible to treat shaped parts in this furnace, such as bottom plates, industrial gas cylinders etc.

For certain annealing processes the furnace is connected to cooling zones or quenching baths.
