CHAMBER TYPE FURNACE

Vison has a wide range of Chamber Furnaces for heat treatment of highly stressed part which need to be hardened, nitrided, dry cyanided or recarburised to improve their strength and wear properties (In multi-purpose chamber furnace the charge on the grating is pushed back into the air lock when the reaction has taken place, and cooled in a control manner or quenched in oil.

Indirect Heating or Direct heating by electricity gas, oil Furnace can be designed depending upon the availability and cost of the fuel with the customer's country.  A suitable arrangement can also be provided to change the reaction atmosphere as per the chemical heat treatment necessary for the particular product.
