Vison Range of Electric Furnaces/Ovens

High temperature box furnaces of the Vison range are offered in various sizes.  The useable volume can vary between 3375 c.c. to 150,000 c.c.  All furnaces come ready to use, including a complete control and regulation unit.

Large Furnaces with a high useable volume are equipped with a supporting frame.  Smaller furnaces are table top models : supporting frames can however be supplied extra.

In box furnaces heaters are generally placed along the side walls.  In special cases extra heaters can be placed along the back wall.

LARGER CHAMBER FURNACES :

Vison offers large capacity furnaces specially developed for industrial heat treatment applications with uniform close temperature.  Different models are available with separate control panels.

Vison offers a wide range of industrial ovens for curing.  A wide variety of products can be cured, baked, dried and heated as per the computerised heating program designed to suit the required rating cycle.

Electrical, Oil fired, Gas fired systems can be installed with any type of oven depending upon the product the door opening can be motorised/manual movement of the material can be designed and supplied with either conveyer system or trolly system with automatic or semi automatic control system as per customers requirement.

Various industrial ovens for Biscuit baking, Bread baking, barrel drying, metal decorating can be designed manufactured and supplied on turnkey basis.

Electrically heated trolley type ovens for curing of electrical motors, transformers and various electrical parts can be offered with fully automatic controls and as per international quality standards.
